The Elawa Farm Commission was created by City ordinance in 2002. Nine members are appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by the City Council. The purpose of the Commission is to advise the City Council on policies and action plans for the preservation, conservation, restoration, use and operation of the historic Elawa Farm complex with the goal of providing a variety of programs and opportunities for the public.
