Leading the kitchen again this year is Amy Swartchild.  Growing up on the North Shore, Amy has always been a passionate gardener and cook.  As her love and understanding of vegetable gardening grew, so did her love of cooking and entertaining. She created a catering and party planning business, with an emphasis on rustic, family style experiences.  Specializing in Farm to Table healthy dishes, Amy loves utilizing all the elements of the garden – from root to stem.  She is also influenced by her love of grilling and smoking food for delicious deep flavors. Working closely with the gardening staff at Elawa Farm, Amy brings fresh seasonal dishes to our weekly Farmer’s Market.
