About Gaby Griffeth
Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Gaby has always had a passion for hospitality excellence. In Chicago, Gaby cultivated her hospitality skills, knowledge, and network while working alongside some of brightest industry minds. She studied Hospitality Management at Kendall College where she received her Bachelor of Arts.
Gaby has been with Elawa Farm Foundation since 2022, most recently as Market Manager and now as our first Hospitality Manager. She has put her creative touch on the Market while cultivating community relationships. Gaby is developing our farm hospitality program to further the important mission that Elawa Farm Foundation brings in and around our Lake County community. She is a proud Lake Forest resident along with her husband, daughter, and two black labs.
