About Harry
Harry Clark is a dedicated and evolving member of the team at Elawa Farm, where he began his journey in early 2024 during a period of growth and transformation, as the café was still under construction. Starting out as a dishwasher, Harry quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges.
Over time, he expanded his role across multiple areas of the farm. He assisted Chef Dave and Micky with cooking classes, contributing to the educational experiences offered to the community, and in early 2025 transitioned into the events department, gaining hands-on experience in food preparation and event support. Alongside these responsibilities, Harry also stepped into the role of facility porter, where he played an important part in maintaining the farm’s welcoming and functional environment.
Through his involvement in a wide range of events and daily operations, Harry has developed a deep appreciation for the mission and impact of Elawa Farm. Now serving as Lead Porter, he takes pride in his work and remains grateful to be part of such a collaborative and passionate team. Harry is especially excited about contributing to the farm’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and looks forward to continuing to grow alongside the organization.
