About Vivian

Vivian's career in sustainability started at the Lake County Forest Preserve where she worked as a Crew Member and later Assistant Program Manager for the Youth Conservation Corps program. She studied environmental policy at Loyola University Chicago. During her time in school, she worked at a local farmers market managing their SNAP match program. During grad school, she helped to manage a community research project on organizations in the Chicago Regional Food System. She graduated with a M.S. in Environmental Science and Sustainability. She is driven by the importance of food for all without barriers. In her free time, she enjoys birding and supporting live music and theatre.
