About Collin
Collin grew up surrounded by the hospitality industry, with both his father and grandfather building careers in the field. His upbringing exposed him to travel and different cultures from an early age, giving him the opportunity to experience cuisines and traditions from around the world.
Eventually, Collin settled in Lake Forest, where he graduated from Lake Forest High School. His passion for exploration continued as he traveled throughout the United States, experiencing the diverse landscapes, communities, and culinary traditions the country has to offer.
After returning to Lake Forest, Collin began his career in the food and beverage industry, working with JDR and managing The Other Door in Lake Bluff. Through these experiences, he discovered his true passion for cooking and, most importantly, for creating.
