Winter CSA
Our Winter CSA is a fully aggregated share from Elawa Farm and trusted local producers, designed to provide a complete, high-quality diet. Members receive sustainably grown vegetables, fruits, specialty mushrooms, eggs, bread, and a rotating selection of grains like granola, flour, dried beans, and polenta — plus a prepared item from our kitchen, such as soups, fresh pasta, or pickles. Shares feature both storage staples and fresh seasonal items like carrots, potatoes, winter squash, hydroponic lettuce, apples, pears, and frozen berries. Pick-ups are offered weekly or biweekly for your convenience.

A weekly box will include 3 vegetable items, 1 fruit item, 1 loaf of bread, 1 pint of locally grown specialty mushrooms, 1 grain product, a product from the Elawa Farm kitchen, and 1 dozen eggs.

January 16 through Aril 3 (12 weeks)
Cancellation Policy: Due to nature of this program and limited quantities, we have a no cancellation policy. We can offer to redesignate payment from a fee to a donation as appropriate and issue a tax receipt. If you have further questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.

This share runs every other week
January 16 through April 3 (6 weeks)
Distributions will take place every other week running 1/16/26-3/27/26 or 1/23/26-4/3/26 depending on which pickup group you are assigned to.
