CSA Farm Shares

Winter 2026

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program is a membership that lets you purchase a share of the farm’s products, providing a way for community members to access fresh, local, seasonal foods directly from Elawa Farm and trusted local partners — including weekly or biweekly Winter CSA shares of produce, eggs, grains, and prepared foods, or monthly Local Meat CSA shares of pasture-raised beef, pork, and chicken.

CSA Membership Types

  • Winter CSA

The Winter CSA is a fully aggregated weekly or biweekly share of seasonally available foods from Elawa Farm and our trusted local producer partners. Shares feature storage staples and fresh items such as carrots, potatoes, winter squash, and hydroponic lettuce; fruit like apples, pears, and frozen berries; and locally grown specialty mushrooms. Each share also includes eggs, bread, and a rotating selection of grain products like granola, flour, dried beans, and polenta—plus a delicious prepared item from our kitchen staff, such as soups, fresh pasta, condiments, or pickles.

This share runs from January 16, 2026 through April 3, 2026

  • Meat CSA

The Local Meat CSA is a monthly share of pasture raised beef, pork, and chicken from Living Light Farms in Paxton, Illinois. Each month, the share includes 15 pounds of frozen and packaged meat cuts.

This share runs from January 2026 through June 2026
